注： 阿拉比加种（Arabica）和罗布斯塔种（Robusta）的只要区别在于：
1： 罗布斯塔种（Robusta） 比 阿拉比加种（Arabica）的咖啡因含量高出２－３倍
２： 罗布斯塔种（Robusta）比 阿拉比加种（Arabica）口味，香味以及咖啡油脂成分不同
阿拉比加种（Arabica）具有浓郁的芳香气息，含有更复杂的风味，油脂偏薄
罗布斯塔种（Robusta）香味较弱、苦味弄带涩且油脂厚实
小记：曾经有人问过我咖啡豆品种，但是当时因为对咖啡不怎么了解，天真的说，不就是蓝山，哥伦比亚，巴西这些吗？现在想起来，真的有些啼笑皆非。朋友说，那些不过是些产地而已，并不是咖啡豆的品种。一直到今天，才明白，真的有恍然大悟的感觉。
所以，朋友们，以后别人问你，你知道咖啡豆的品种有哪些吗？？可不要像我一样出错咯~~：）

羅布斯達主要用於罐裝咖啡,
至於手工就不ok了
