1: 罗布斯塔种(Robusta) 比 阿拉比加种(Arabica)的咖啡因含量高出2-3倍
2: 罗布斯塔种(Robusta)比 阿拉比加种(Arabica)口味,香味以及咖啡油脂成分不同
阿拉比加种(Arabica)具有浓郁的芳香气息,含有更复杂的风味,油脂偏薄
罗布斯塔种(Robusta)香味较弱、苦味弄带涩且油脂厚实
小记:曾经有人问过我咖啡豆品种,但是当时因为对咖啡不怎么了解,天真的说,不就是蓝山,哥伦比亚,巴西这些吗?现在想起来,真的有些啼笑皆非。朋友说,那些不过是些产地而已,并不是咖啡豆的品种。一直到今天,才明白,真的有恍然大悟的感觉。
所以,朋友们,以后别人问你,你知道咖啡豆的品种有哪些吗??可不要像我一样出错咯~~:)

羅布斯達主要用於罐裝咖啡,
至於手工就不ok了
